Bioconductor version: Development (2.8)
Normalization of array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) data. The algorithm uses an iterative procedure that effectively eliminates the influence of imbalanced copy numbers. This leads to a more reliable assessment of copy number alterations (CNAs).
