Rgraphviz

This is the released version of Rgraphviz; for the devel version, see Rgraphviz.

Provides plotting capabilities for R graph objects

Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)

Interfaces R with the AT and T graphviz library for plotting R graph objects from the graph package.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("Rgraphviz")
