This is the README for Image::PNG::QRCode version 0.11.

Image::PNG::QRCode is a "module" for the Perl computer programming
language, a library of computer code to install on a computer.  This
document contains four sections:

1. About - what the module does

1. ABOUT

Image::PNG::QRCode - ABANDONED - Make PNG images containing QR codes from
your text

This module converts your text to a PNG image of a QR code containing
the text. The PNG image can either be stored to a file or it can be a
scalar.

Image::PNG::Libpng requires the PNG standard library "libpng" to be
installed. "libpng" is usually already installed on Linux and Windows.

After installing the module, you can read the documentation on your
computer using

3. INSTALLATION

This module requires Perl version 5.8.1 or later.

To install the module from CPAN, use

    cpan Image::PNG::QRCode

If you have the App::cpanminus installer, you may prefer

    cpanm Image::PNG::QRCode

To install the module from the source file, Image-PNG-QRCode-0.11.tar.gz,
follow this sequence of commands:

    tar xfz Image-PNG-QRCode-0.11.tar.gz
    cd Image-PNG-QRCode-0.11
    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make install

If you want to test the module before installing it, use "make test" after
"make" and before "make install".
